Everything a campaign link needs to be trusted.
Create it with control, prove the destination works, and connect the click to the revenue. Here’s how each piece works.
Every link built the same way, by everyone.
Naming chaos isn't a tidiness problem — it's an attribution problem. When one person writes utm_source=Facebook and another writes facebook, your report splits into two rows and neither is right.
- Branded short links with custom shortcodes
- Workspace-level UTM templates and validation
- Campaign grouping with side-by-side comparison
- Bulk link creation through the API
- REST API and scoped API keys for programmatic creation
UTM governance
Define the templates once — source, medium, campaign naming — and every link created in the workspace follows them. Validation catches the typo before the link ships, not after the month-end report.
Bulk operations
Create links in batches through the API, whether you are migrating an existing catalogue or building out a campaign. Batch limits scale with your plan.
Send traffic through a domain people trust.
A generic shortener asks your audience to click a string of characters from a domain they've never heard of, that half of them associate with spam. A branded domain doesn't.
- Connect your own domain
- TLS on every branded domain
- Per-workspace domain assignment
- Default domain per client or brand
- Available on every plan, including Free
One domain per client
Agencies can give each client workspace its own branded domain, so a link sent on a client's behalf carries the client's brand and not yours.
Why it matters beyond aesthetics
Branded domains are yours. If a generic shortener is blocklisted, rate-limited or shuts down, every link you ever published dies with it. A domain you control is a domain you can re-point.
From click to customer, not click to number.
A click count tells you a link was pressed. It doesn't tell you whether the person landed, stayed, or bought. TrackLink connects the link to the outcome.
- Real-time clicks and unique visitors
- Device, geography and referrer breakdowns
- Conversion tracking with value and currency
- Revenue attribution back to link and campaign
- Funnels and public or scheduled reports
Conversions, server-side
Post a conversion to the Conversion API with a value, a currency and an external id for deduplication. Because it's server-side, an ad blocker can't drop it and a browser policy change can't break it.
Reports you can hand over
Share a live report with a client or stakeholder without giving them a seat in your workspace, or schedule it to arrive on its own.
The offline half of the campaign.
Packaging, posters, events, receipts. A QR code is a link that has to survive printing — and it can't be swapped once it's on a box.
- High-resolution PNG export, print-ready
- Generated for any link, including from the free tool
- Points at a branded short link you can re-target later
- No account required to generate one
Re-target after printing
Because the code encodes a short link rather than the destination, you can change where it points after the print run. A code on a box that outlives the campaign behind it is the most expensive kind of broken link — this is the fix.
Stop broken links from silently wasting campaign spend.
A link that 404s doesn't send you an alert. It just quietly converts your budget into bounces until someone notices. TrackLink checks the destination before you ship, and keeps checking after you do.
Destination unavailable
FailThe page returns a 5xx or refuses the connection. Every click is wasted spend.
UTM removed during redirect
FailA hop drops the query string, so the session lands in your analytics as direct traffic.
Mobile destination differs
WarningThe mobile response differs from desktop — a redirect to an app store or a stripped page.
Promo page expired
FailThe offer ended, the page 404s, and the ad is still running.
Too many redirects
WarningEach hop adds latency and another chance to lose parameters or referrer data.
SSL issue
FailAn expired or mismatched certificate turns a click into a browser warning.
Slow response
WarningThe destination takes seconds to respond, and paid traffic bounces before it paints.
Destination changed after launch
FailThe page you approved is not the page your audience is landing on today.
Built around reliability, governance and measurement.
The rest of the toolkit matters too — but these are the three that decide whether a campaign can be trusted.
Link health monitoring
Scheduled checks on every monitored destination, with alerts the moment one breaks, slows or changes.
Conversion tracking & revenue attribution
Post conversions server-side with a value and currency, and see which link and campaign actually earned it.
UTM builder and templates
Workspace-level templates and validation so every link is tagged the same way, by everyone, every time.
Real-time analytics
Clicks, unique visitors, devices, geography and referrers, updating live across every link.
Branded short links
Clean, on-brand links people recognise — and click.
Custom domains
Bring your own domain and keep traffic inside your brand.
QR code generation
Download print-ready codes for packaging, events and out-of-home.
Campaign management
Group links into campaigns and compare performance side by side.
Percentage traffic splitting
Send a fixed share of visitors to each destination, with every visitor kept on the same side of the split.
Geographic and device routing
Send visitors to the right page for their country or device.
Public and scheduled reports
Share a live report with a client or stakeholder without giving them a seat.
REST API and API keys
Create and manage links programmatically with scoped, revocable keys.
Webhooks
Push link and conversion events into your own systems as they happen.
Team roles
Owner, editor and viewer roles keep the right hands on the right links.
Workspace management
Separate workspaces per brand, client or region, isolated from each other.
Bulk creation via API
Create links in batches through the REST API instead of one at a time.
Redirect chain inspection
See every hop between the click and the page, and what each one drops.
Security and abuse protection
Rate limiting, SSRF-safe fetching and link scanning protect your domains.
