2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services

- Send technical notices and support messages
- Respond to your comments and questions
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- With the sub-processors named in section 4
- When required by law or to protect our rights

4. Sub-processors
We use the following third parties to run the service. Each processes personal data only on our instructions:
- Stripe — payment and subscription processing. Receives your billing details; we never store full card numbers.
- PostHog — product analytics. Receives usage events and a device identifier, and only after you consent to analytics cookies.
- Sentry — error monitoring. Receives diagnostic data when something breaks, which can include your account identifier and the page you were on.
- MaxMind — GeoIP database used to resolve a click to a country and city. The database is queried locally and the IP address is hashed rather than retained.
We will update this list before adding a new sub-processor. Email privacy@tracklinkhq.com to be told when it changes.

8. GDPR Compliance
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We are committed to complying with GDPR requirements.
